Cryotherapy

     Dr. Landrum uses a couple of types of cryotherapy including cold packs and Biofreeze®, a topical pain reliever. Both of these modalities help to decrease pain, inflammation, and enhance the effects of the treatment. They are also key components to our home exercise programs.
